I'm sorry, was this attack supposed to scare me? Make me angry? Cause me to seek revenge? Weild knives? Throw breakable things? I must have missed the memo. I was sure that's what I am supposed to be feeling, but now that it comes down to it, I'm going to finish this last chapter and do the sleeping soundly thing in my own bed.

No, my mutation does not work with a uniform. Or clothes in general. It's rather embarassing, all in all. Especially since last night they just told me to skip the uniform part. Boo. And since my husks only last for an hour. It teaches you to keep your internal clock running very, very well.

(Well, not totally invulnerable. But I guess you get part of a building dropped on you, live through it, and think you can do anything. "Bullets you say? Pah! Child's play!")

As much as it pains me to say so, I think I could come up with something to let your powers work to their fullest AND maintain your modesty.

I was working on something myself as part of a trainee assignment, (before I was distracted by our trying to explain biochemistry and all those wires to each other,) but they said nothing about my getting a little help. And I don't even think I'd mind yours.

Shall we bring the dream team back and compare notes? Or at least, I show you my notes and then you tell me what we're going to actually do, while being very patient and explaining it to me. Whatever.

(I will deny this if asked, or run in the other direction, but I suppose there would be extensive testing involved. Am I horrible human being for waiting for the reactions to that comment from the rest of this place? I know you understand. ...I'm going to the special hell. ;D)

You know, that kinda answers a question of mine. I kept wondering why you bothered with showers in the morning, when you know, you could just husk into clean skin.

You know, one of these days I really have to figure out the limitations of my own mutation. I'm kinda worried about going all out unless I do damage.

Oh! Oh, no, that's different. If I husk old skin to new skin that changes no physical aspects, I actually can keep it as long as I need to. I just like showers, especially after running. And, you know, there's the whole mess factor. :) If I'm in a rush, I just husk.

I'm sure Moira would be more than happy to let you log some stuff. That's what she did with me.
