Things I Did Today:
Dec. 8th, 2004 05:06 pm1) Made Nestle Tollhouse cookies. The first batch caught fire, but second batch is fine! And edible! Do feel free to try them, I think I have caught salmonella, however.
2) Resurrected my iTunes account to find some rather obscure covers by obscure (and by obscure, I mean not always classical) performers. I titled the folder they are in "Who's singing WHAT?" It is very appropriate. The only thing more entertaining than listening to Muse sing "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You" is Billy Boyd performing "Hit Me Baby One More Time". Accoustic guitar and overseas accents are underappreciated. I pine.
3) A happy dance.
This is all in honor of the fact that I finished my first term of college courses. Of course, I still have my courses here and my exams, but... well, I'm excited. Afternoon off. Strange concept.
...
I think I just saw one of the cookies run past the door. Perhaps I didn't cook them long enough after all. Or used a little too much nuclear power. Hm. Maybe you don't want to eat them?
