Little Jig
Well, since the hooplah from the breakfast love has died down, and my surprise is past the point of being ruined, I do believe it is time to let you all in.
I can get up the stairs! And down them! Multiple times!
In fact, if you ask politely, I may even do a little jig for you. But very carefully. Am still full from last night.
Oh, my tummy hates me. But the rest of my body is considering accepting my apology!

(And I do believe, Captain sir, that means we need to schedule one of our Very Serious Talks, please.)
